I've only peeped Ironworks...
been meaning to check out Mission Cliff.
the bouldering only gym in San Jose sounds kinda cool....
anyone checked out more than one gym?

I haven't been to the Concord or SJ gyms and only once to Pipeworks, but it seems that Ironworks is overall the best.
- Ironworks wins big on space for both climbing and cardio and weight areas. Haven't tried the classes, but they seem to a big draw for some (yoga, spinning, pilates, etc.) And Ironworks costs less than Mission Cliffs.
- Mission Cliffs used to have better bouldering (and weight area) than they do now but they remodelled.
- The large portion of the routes at Ironworks are on three towers which tends to spread the belayers out when it gets crowded. By contrast, the walls at Mission Cliffs tend to crowd belayers into the same space. (Pipeworks follows the pinnacle layout model as well.)
-Class 5 has the best (only?) steam room, but no sauna.
